Overview

As a Field Service Engineer at Veralto, you install and maintain Videojet equipment at customer sites and train customers to operate them effectively. You will work with Account Managers and the internal support team to support a growing contract base and deliver outstanding service. This role centers on building strong customer relationships, solving technical issues on-site or remotely, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll agevolazioni from a structured onboarding and training plan, with opportunities to develop across field and office settings.

Responsabilità

- Install Videojet products at customer sites and train customers
- Provide ongoing care of Videojet products for customers on-site and support a growing contract base
- Grow excellent customer relationships continuously
- Promote and support the contract portfolio to deliver value




- Collaborate with Account Managers to offer best solutions (set up trials, support projects, site surveys)
- Diagnose customer problems before site visits via cloud-connected systems

Requisiti fondamentali
