What's the role? /h3 pBased in Bologna, the Operation Specialist will support the Supply Chain and Operations team with day-to-day operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of processes across planning, order process, logistic and reporting. The role will provide operational support to the wider team, assist in managing daily priorities, maintain accurate planning and allocation, and help ensure continuity of operations during a period of increased workload demand over the 6-month contract period. /p pbPlease note that this is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity. /b /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liSupport day-to-day Supply Chain and Operations activities to ensure smooth business operations. /li liAssist with order processing, order tracking,
and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. /li liSupport logistics activities, including shipment coordination, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution. /li liMaintain accurate planning, allocation, and operational data within internal systems. /li liAssist in managing daily operational priorities and responding to business demands in a timely manner. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and service levels. /li /ul h3Ko wai koe? Who are you? /h3 pWe are looking for a team player who has a background in supply chain and logistics. You will also fulfill the following criteria: /p ul liHold a Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Economics or Supply Chain/ Logistics. /li liProficient English and Italian. French proficiency is an added advantage /li liIntermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI) and SAP knowledge /li liExport experience preferred /li /ul h3He aha e tika ai a Zespri?
