You’ll work directly on live operational environments, ensuring mission‑critical solutions perform when it matters most. /ppYou’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end engineering activities, including building, commissioning, upgrading, and supporting systems such as Control Room technologies and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) platforms, while managing delivery tasks through Azure DevOps. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliBuild, commission, and upgrade NEC Control Room systems. /liliTroubleshoot hardware and software and integration in real‑time. /liliSupport projects from start to finish, managing tasks via Azure DevOps. /liliPerform upgrades, patching, and system optimisation. /liliMaintain and enhance engineering documentation, standards, and processes. /liliProvide technical support and coach team members, share knowledge across teams. /liliJoin a 24/7 on-call roster,
