Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the client project team to develop and apply best practice/coordination procedures related to contract administration.
- Support the client in all activities necessary for the proper execution of contracts and to reduce related risks.
- Ensure the management of the relevant data and document flow and issue suitable reporting.
Requirements
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza or Economia.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of typical contracts related to large works, infrastructure, and/or environmental remediation interventions.
- Knowledge of best practices and international standards.
- Basic jurisprudence knowledge for contract management.
- Technical knowledge and tools of contract administration.
- Knowledge of data and document management tools.
- Proficiency in Office software (Excel, Word, Access).
Location: On site, Padova. 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Fixed-term contract of 6 months, with possibility of extension or conversion.
