ppdomain Innovations, Development Quality /p pCalenzano, IT /p pShare: /p h3RD Testing Consumer Insights Specialist /h3 pWe are looking for a Testing Consumer Insights Specialist to join our Research and Development team in our Beauty Personal Care business unit based in Calenzano. /p pHow you make the difference /p pThis position is crucial for Bolton because RD team has the ownership to boost innovations and to contribute to develop a competitive position in the market. /p pHow your agenda looks like: /p ul liSupport marketing and RD in creating claims and identifying the most suitable performance tests to support them /li liContact external institutes to design and conduct clinical trials, both for performance and safety /li liCoordinate the production and shipping of test samples /li liInterpret clinical results, identifying the most effective options /li liAnalyze clinical claims for competing products /li liManage the clinical trial budget. /li liArchive clinical protocols in the most accurate and usable manner. /li /ul pYour team: /p pYou will collaborate with RD Personal Care team and you will be supported by your Manager, Testing Consumer Insights Manager. /p pWhat makes you a great fit: /p ul liEducation: bachelor in Chemistry or similar /li liWork Experience: 2/3years in a similar role /li liSoft skills: innovation, proactivity, curiosity,
