ph3Human Resources Manager /h3 pSalary: €90,000 - 115,000 yearly /p pAzienda : Vital Worklife Tipo Lavoro : Tempo pieno Italy /p pThe HR Manager plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring the success of VITAL WorkLife through strategic human resource management. As the organization’s sole HR practitioner, this role partners with the Finance and Administration team on quarterly and annual planning to align HR strategies and goals with organizational goals. This role is responsible for proactively attracting and hiring top talent, fostering a positive and innovative work environment, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and ethical standards. The HR Manager will integrate new employees, promote operational efficiency, and uphold the company’s core values and brand reputation while contributing to the strategic growth of the organization. /p h3Requirements /h3 h3POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Attracting and Hiring Top Talent /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection — recruiting directly for select roles and partnering with external recruiting agencies for specialized or hard-to-fill positions, and maintaining those vendor relationships. /li liManage external HR vendors and staffing partnerships (including EOR relationships) /li liBuild and promote VITAL WorkLife’s employer brand to attract top talent and strengthen the organization’s reputation in the marketplace. /li /ul h3Change Management Organizational Communication /h3 ul liLead organizational change initiatives (e.g., workforce transitions, restructuring follow-through) with structured, multi-phase communication plans. /li liDesign and administer employee sentiment tools (pulse surveys, feedback loops) and translate results into leadership-ready recommendations and action plans. /li liServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on the pacing, tone, and sequencing of sensitive organizational communications. /li /ul h3Workforce Development and Performance /h3 ul liLead the strategic workforce planning process and collaborate with the leadership team to align with company goals and budget. /li liAnalyze and refine the performance management system on an ongoing basis to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals. /li liWork closely with leaders to ensure performance evaluations are conducted effectively and oversee performance improvement plans, or employee counseling as needed. /li liCultivate a learning organization by developing career development programs and training opportunities to support employee growth and retention.



/li /ul h3Culture and Employee Engagement /h3 ul liCoordinate the annual culture survey and periodic pulse checks, analyze engagement metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team to inform engagement initiatives. /li liOwn onboarding programs to ensure a consistent, welcoming experience that effectively integrates new employees and reflects VITAL WorkLife's culture. /li liOversee employee benefits programs to support well‑being and satisfaction. /li liEnsure competitive and equitable compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks. /li liChampion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives to foster an inclusive culture. /li liPlan all‑company events and recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones. /li /ul h3Compliance and Ethical Standards /h3 ul liMaintain and manage the HR information system for accurate and efficient employee data management. /li liEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and ethical standards. /li liOversight of employee communications and act as the originator of any HR content sent to employees. /li liCoach and advise leaders on employee issues and collaborate with legal team when necessary. /li /ul h3Office Management and Administrative Support /h3 ul liManage expenses and the HR budget /li liPrepare, set up, and debrief for large group administrative meetings, including in-person All Company Meetings, and virtual quarterly State of the Company Meetings and monthly Townhalls. /li liProvide support for administration functions as needed. /li /ul h3MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in related field. /li li5+ years experience in a Human Resource Generalist role or similar. /li liProven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce development. /li liStrong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. /li liProficiency with HRIS systems and HR tools /li /ul h3PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liHR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR) /li liExperience working in a HIPAA-regulated environment, or a similarly regulated industry with strict compliance standards. /li liWorking knowledge of Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS).
