ph3Overview /h3 pThe Operations Manager is responsible for leading all site operations at Morgan Advanced Materials' Martinsicuro facility, including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement and EHS. The role is accountable for delivering operational excellence, driving safety, quality, productivity and cost performance, while developing high-performing teams and supporting the site's long-term growth strategy. Working closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain and global stakeholders, the Operations Manager will foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement and sustainable profitable growth. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead all site operations including Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement and EHS. /li liDrive a strong culture of safety, compliance and operational excellence. /li liDeliver production, quality, productivity, cost and customer service targets. /li liLead and develop high-performing operational teams. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the site, including Lean and OPEX programmes. /li liImprove manufacturing efficiency, equipment reliability and overall site performance. /li liSupport capital investment projects and process improvement initiatives. /li liCollaborate with Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives. /li liEnsure compliance with quality standards, environmental requirements and Morgan policies. /li liBuild positive employee relations and foster a culture of engagement and accountability. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Qualifications / Experience Required /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Materials Science or related discipline), Supply Chain, Operations Management,



or equivalent operational leadership experience. /li liSignificant progressive experience in manufacturing and operations leadership roles. /li liProven track record of leading production, quality, engineering, maintenance and continuous improvement functions. /li liExperience managing manufacturing facilities and delivering operational performance improvements. /li liStrong leadership, people management and stakeholder engagement skills. /li liExperience driving EHS, quality, productivity and cost improvement initiatives. /li liFluent Italian and advanced English language skills are essential. /li liExperience within industrial manufacturing, materials, process manufacturing or refinery environments preferred. /li liExperience with kilning, mixing, pressing, extrusion or finishing operations would be advantageous. /li liLean/Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience preferred /li /ul pIf you’re the kind of Operations Manager who likes bringing order to complexity, improving how things work, and getting the best out of a team, we’d love to hear from you. /p pWe’re far more interested in the person behind the CV than perfectly formatted paperwork. /p pMorgan Advanced Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
