You will build and support applications using smart digital solutions for the Facility Management Service program across ISS globally, while contributing to DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation, and supporting the evolution of the platform towards the Real Estate and Facility Management module (MREF within MAS). /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liSupport design and develop advanced solutions in IBM TRIRIGA using low-code tools, Java, and SQL /li liTranslate defined business requirements into efficient system configurations and enhancements /li liImplement system enhancements, integrations, and data models aligned with enterprise architecture, CI/CD practices, and future platform evolution towards MREF /li liContribute to DevOps practices by supporting build, release, and deployment automation pipelines /li liTroubleshoot and resolve technical and production issues with support from senior team members /li liParticipate in code reviews and continuously improve development practices and quality standards /li /ul h3Who you’ll work with /h3 ul liCross-functional agile teams in Agile setup /li liProduct Owners and Business Analysts providing requirements and functional guidance /li liSenior developers and technical leads providing technical direction and mentoring /li liQA and release teams supporting testing, automation, and continuous delivery /li liGlobal ISS stakeholders across FM platform and country implementations /li /ul h3Key qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field /li liHands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA development (configuration, workflows, data models) /li liExperience with Java, SQL, and object-oriented programming concepts /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps practices /li liFamiliarity working with integrations, APIs, and enterprise system landscapes /li liExperience in Facility Management / Workplace Management systems (FMS/WMS), with exposure to MREF / MAS considered an advantage /li /ul h3Personal skills you excel /h3 ul liAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills /li liAttention to detail and focus on quality and continuous improvement /li liGood communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams /li liWillingness to learn and develop technical and platform expertise /li /ul h3Why ISS /h3 pAt ISS, we are more than just a service provider ofcleaning, food, workplace and technical services, weare a partner in our customers’ success.
