The responsibilities of the Mako field service representative include undertaking customer support tasks, completing on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and tests, and ensuring proper task management so that all work progresses according to the schedule. /p pTo be a successful Mako field service representative, you should have excellent analytical and time management skills. Ultimately, a first-class Mako field service representative should have strong leadership and service skills, they should be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision to achieve the desired outcomes. /p h3What you will do : /h3 ul liYou will provide on-site technical support and performing customer support tasks. /li liYou will deliver, instal, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic devices. /li liYou will resolve operational issues in the field. /li liYou will identify any issues and perform troubleshooting procedures. /li liYou will determine customer needs and offering recommendations.
