You will have a proven track record in designing high‑speed analog and mixed‑signal circuits for SerDes applications in advanced CMOS FinFET technologies. /ph3What will you be doing? /h3ulliCollaborating with photonics,
silicon and system engineering teams to develop and optimise proprietary SerDes architectures, including the development of key design specifications /liliDesigning and developing key SerDes silicon IP such as high bandwidth receive and transmit amplifiers, Phase‑Locked Loops (PLLs), Delay‑Locked Loops (DLLs), Equalizers (CTLE, DFE, FFE), Clock Recovery Circuits and Samplers /liliDesigning and developing general purpose analog building blocks (bias generators, regulators, ADCs and DACs) /liliDefining and executing design verification plans to ensure designs meet specifications and performance requirements /liliSupporting the silicon bring‑up, validation and characterisation from concept through to productisation /li /ulh3What we need to see? /h3ulliBachelor or Master's in relevant Engineering discipline with 8+ years industry experience /liliA proven track record in designing analog and mixed‑signal circuits for SerDes xysqume applications at 12nm or below, and operating at data rates of 32Gbps or above /liliExpert user of cutting‑edge EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/HSpice, Calibre/PVS DRC/LVSA strong theoretical knowledge of analog circuit design principles /liliExpert high‑speed circuit designer, with experience of signal integrity and power integrity /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven, detail‑oriented approach /liliExcellent English verbal and written communication skills /liliExperience working, communicating, and collaborating in a cross‑functional team /liliAn ability to adapt to a fast‑moving start‑up environment, striving for innovation and excellence in everything you do /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
