ppAs part of the Quality team at Poltrona Frau in Motion, the position contributes to the delivery of unique and highly sophisticated interior solutions for luxury automobiles, premium-class airline cabins, and yachts. /p pThe position reports to the Customer Quality Manager. /p h3Main activities /h3 ul liParticipating in the development team's APQP activities for assigned projects, communicating customer requirements to the project team, suppliers, and production /li liManaging issues related to projects in the launch phase /li liCoordinating metrology activities (3D scanning and/or measurements using checking fixtures) for products being launched /li liEnsuring the accuracy and completeness of PPAP documentation for customers and supporting the SQE function in monitoring supplier PPAP /li liCoordinating customer visits and audits /li liMonitoring metrics related to customer quality performance (PPM), external cost of poor quality, and the status of customer-specific improvement plans /li liMonitoring and managing OEM customer portals /li liLiaise with key clients to manage action plans and coordinate the departments involved in implementing corrective actions in accordance with Gantt chart timelines /li liSupport the Engineering department in drafting and updating PFMEAs /li liDevelop process control plans based on PFMEA inputs /li liManage customer claims, conduct problem-solving activities, and compile 8D reports,



communicating customer feedback both internally and to suppliers /li liPrepare Quality Books for individual projects during the launch phase, in collaboration with the Process Quality, Engineering, and RD departments /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical or Management Engineering /li liExperience in Quality and in dealing with automotive industry clients (preferred) /li liFluent English /li /ul h3Technical Soft Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards /li liStatistical techniques and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods /li liMeasurement System Analysis (MSA) methodologies /li liAbility to interpret technical drawings /li liKnowledge of the APQP/PPAP process; knowledge of VDA MLA is a plus /li liKnowledge of key quality tools for problem-solving (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) /li liInterpersonal and communication skills /li liInternal and external customer orientation /li liOrganizational skills /li liLean thinking techniques /li /ul h3Workplace /h3 pTolentino (Macerata), with willingness to travel for work. /p h3Conditions /h3 pThe position offers a employee classification with a gross annual salary of € in line with CCNL Legno Arredo Industria collective agreement. The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
