pIn this role you will lead the design and delivery of electrical building services for diverse facilities from concept to completion. You will work within the Buildings + Places team in Milan to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders, shaping sustainable electrical solutions. You will mentor junior engineers, support project delivery, and contribute to business development and continuous improvement. regulations and sustainability standards /liliContribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in electrical building services engineering, preferably in consultancy /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliStrong expertise in power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and building electrical systems /liliProven experience delivering multidisciplinary projects /liliGood understanding of Italian and international codes and regulations /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills /liliExperience coordinating junior engineers in multidisciplinary teams /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /liliInternational project experience is a plus /liliProficiency in AutoCAD /liliKnowledge of Revit/BIM workflows and electrical design and sizing software is advantageous /liliProfessional registration or equivalent qualification is advantageous /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management /liliMentorship and leadership of junior engineers /liliCollaborative teamwork across disciplines /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
