Overview
In this field-based role you drive revenue by retaining and growing existing clients while actively pursuing new prospects. You’ll map accounts, articulate Experian’s value, and lead cross-selling and upselling strategies within a data-driven business context. You’ll manage forecasts, KPIs, and regulatory/compliance requirements, contributing to a culture that prioritizes customer outcomes. This position offers impact across finance and commerce domains within a globally recognized data company.
Responsabilità
- Identify and qualify new opportunities with prospects
- Develop and maintain account plans to support revenue goals
- Build a contact strategy and nurture key relationships within accounts
- Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients based on their needs
- Forecast monthly results and manage client debt
- Ensure KPIs for client contact, retention, and growth are met
- Articulate Experian’s proposition in client contexts and stay informed about market/competitors
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and escalate risks as needed
- Contribute to a culture focused on customer outcomes and excellent service
- Participate in performance management and required training
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10 years of consultative sales experience in software/data industry
- Knowledge and network in financial services (banks, financial houses, payment institutions)
- Ability to build and sustain business relationships
- Fluency in data, analytics and business process management
- Proven ability to articulate complex propositions in terms of business value
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
