In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product owners and fellow engineers to shape technical solutions, influence architecture decisions, and help turn business needs into robust, secure applications. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCollaborate within an agile cross-functional team, closely working with the product owner to outline products and strategies. /liliDesign application architectures and establish technical solutions for the provided services. /liliWork closely with other software engineers in a friendly and collaborative environment. /liliEnsure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security requirements. /liliAdvocate for continuous improvement in development processes and technologies. /li /ulh3Skills Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years of hands‑on experience in software development,
with a focus on Java programming. /liliBachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience. /liliDeep knowledge of object‑oriented programming principles (OOP, OOD, SOLID), algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. /liliProven experience in working with Java frameworks, with a special emphasis on Spring. /liliDemonstrated ability to implement and execute different automated testing strategies. /liliFamiliarity with relational database concepts and interactions (SQL, RDBMS). /liliExposure to high availability solutions and understanding of SaaS/PaaS models. /liliFluency in written and spoken Italian, ability to read and communicate in English . /li /ulh3Nice to have skills /h3ulliGood understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem; work experience with React.js/Next.js is a premio. /liliKnowledge of service deployments using Docker containers is a welcomed addition. /li /ulpbSalary Range: /b34,297€ - 48,995€ gross yearly /ppbJob advertisement reserved exclusively for individuals belonging to the Protected Categories under Law68/99 /b /ph3Come as you are /h3pEveryone is welcome here.
