ph3Chief Information Security Officer /h3pBologna /ppDatalogic /ph3Job Description /h3pWe are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer to lead and continuously strengthen Datalogic’s global cyber security posture across IT, OT, cloud, applications, identity and compliance. Combining strategic ownership with hands‑on execution, you will define security standards, policies, controls and roadmaps while embedding cyber security into projects, daily operations, vendor management, audits and product initiatives. You will protect critical information and industrial assets, safeguard business continuity and enable secure innovation through pragmatic risk management and effective collaboration. You will also partner with our RD teams on product cyber security initiatives, promoting security‑by‑design principles. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the global cyber security roadmap, translating it into priorities, initiatives, KPIs, investments and measurable risk reduction. /liliSupport the Group CIO in defining the security strategy, budget and executive reporting. /liliDevelop and enforce global security policies, standards, procedures and hardening baselines. /liliOversee security across servers, endpoints, networks, cloud and on‑premises environments. /liliLead incident response governance, escalation, post‑incident reviews and corrective actions. /liliOversee SOC and SIEM services, improving monitoring, detection, logging and perimeter coverage. /liliStrengthen identity and privileged access management, access reviews and recertification. /liliPartner with Infrastructure, Operations and RD to enhance OT and product security, including segmentation, firewall governance and vulnerability management. /liliMaintain the global cyber risk register and remediation roadmap. /liliEnsure alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls,



GDPR and other relevant requirements. /liliLead security audits, vendor risk assessments and customer security reviews. /liliMaintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for global IT infrastructure. /liliManage and develop the security team, collaborating across IT, Legal, Compliance, HR and Facilities. /li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliAt least 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 7 years in cyber security within software, technology or manufacturing environments. /liliExperience leading cyber security in global or multi‑site organisations. /liliStrong knowledge of hybrid ICT architectures across on‑premises and multi‑cloud environments. /liliSolid understanding of networking, virtualisation, endpoint security, identity and access management, OT security and incident response. /liliExperience with audits, compliance, vendor risk and security frameworks. /liliPrevious people‑management experience. /liliStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into clear business priorities. /liliPragmatic, collaborative and outcome‑oriented approach. /li /ulh3What we Offer /h3pJoin an international technology group where cyber security is central to business resilience, product innovation and customer trust.
