/b – to become part of our dynamic bPrivate Client and Tax Department /b. There is also the possibility to start the b“pratica anticipata” /b. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, international environment while working alongside leading professionals. /p pKey elements of the role include: /p ul liConduct blegal and tax research /b to support client matters. /li liManage, review and analyse documents with precision. /li liDraft btax and legal memoranda /b and assist in preparing pitches and tenders. /li liContribute to bbusiness development initiatives /b and client events. /li liProduce bhigh-quality work efficiently /b, using the firm’s software and document management systems. /li liPrepare bfirst drafts of engagement letters /b, ensure compliance with banti-money laundering requirements /b, and manage bKnow Your Client documentation /b. /li liCommunicate effectively with clients and colleagues, organise meetings, manage emails and calls, and provide proactive support. /li liHandle bgeneral administrative tasks /b to keep everything running smoothly.
/li /ul h3Key skills and experience /h3 ul libFinal-year student /b eligible for praticante anticipata, available tempo pieno; or /li libRecent graduate /b eligible to join as bCPA Trainee /b or bTrainee Lawyer (Praticante) /b /li liEducational background in Economics or Law /li libExcellent academic record /b (minimum 100/110) /li libFluent in Italian and English /b (C1 level English proficiency is a must) /li liPrior work experience and/or graduation thesis in tax is an asset /li liKnowledge of domestic and international tax issues /li liEnthusiastic and engaged attitude, with strong interpersonal skills and clear communication style /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liStrong research and analytical skills /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, including with colleagues in overseas offices /li liSolid IT skills (Word, Excel, and document management systems) /li /ul pWe endeavour to recruit and fill vacancies directly.
