This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Italy.

Pay: $90–$170/hr

Role Title: Stripe Specialist

Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote

We are engaging Stripe Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Stripe. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on Stripe experience to complete realistic payment and financial operations workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work

1. Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Stripe using practical payment or financial operations experience.
2. Navigate Stripe features related to customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and transactions.
3. Complete common payment and billing workflows based on provided instructions.
4. Create and manage customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, and other relevant records within Stripe.
5. Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
6.



Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
7. Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Stripe tools, features, and actions used.
8. Review completed tasks for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
9. Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong hands-on experience using Stripe in a professional, finance, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
2. Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.
3. Current access to Stripe and ability to navigate the platform independently.
4. Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing Stripe workflows.
5. Experience with payments, billing, subscriptions, invoicing, refunds, disputes, or financial operations.
6. Familiarity with Stripe Billing, reporting, or other Stripe features is a plus.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
