ppAs Global Quality and Food Safety Supplier Associate Manager, you will design and steward QA and FS programs across our worldwide suppliers, driving continuous improvements. You will lead audits, risk management, and training to ensure compliance with PVM policies and relevant regulations. Your collaboration with Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and RD will align quality objectives and strengthen supplier relationships. This role offers impact across the global supply chain and a chance to scale quality culture. You will contribute to a mission of safe, high-quality products and continuous improvement. /pulliDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and food safety programs across the global supply chain /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and food safety across the global supply chain /liliMonitor and analyze supplier performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement /liliConduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards including Group Policies /liliIdentify and mitigate risks related to supplier quality and food safety; develop and implement risk management strategies /liliProvide training and support to suppliers and internal teams on quality and food safety standards and best practices /liliMaintain and further develop the Global Supplier Database /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory, RD)



to align on quality and FS objectives /liliEnsure proper communication of QFS requirements to suppliers and internally /liliManage supplier-related complaints and authority requests /liliProactively identify and suggest improvements in established standards /liliPromote a QFS culture towards suppliers /liliDegree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field /liliAt least 5 years of experience in quality and food safety, preferably in the food industry in a global supply chain context /liliStrong knowledge of quality assurance and food safety standards and regulations /liliExperience and strong knowledge in Supplier Quality (approval, performance evaluations, audits; agreements, Material specifications) /liliCertified auditor certificate is a plus /liliStrong leadership skills to drive quality and food safety initiatives across the organization /liliExcellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills /liliA true relationship builder with suppliers, customers, colleagues and strategic partners as well as with internal teams /liliSpeak and write English fluently /liliHigh degree of self-organization and detail-orientation /liliDeal well with high complexity and change /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills /liliLeadership /liliInterpersonal communication /liliInfluencing and negotiation /liliQuality assurance programs /liliFood safety standards and regulations /li /ulpGRDQ Quality and Food Safety Supplier Manager milano, lombardia, it /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
