You will work closely with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, site teams and internal functions to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing and delivery of materials to construction sites. /p pYou will play an important role in maintaining accurate material flows, supporting supplier coordination and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, internal procedures and project schedules. /p pYour role will encompass: /p ul liSupporting procurement activities for EPC materials and equipment, including modules, inverters, structures and MV/HV components. /li liManaging RFQs, collecting and analysing supplier quotations, and contributing to supplier evaluation and commercial negotiation activities. /li liPreparing and administering purchase orders and related procurement documentation, including the relevant activities in SAP. /li liMonitoring supplier performance, delivery schedules and quality requirements, escalating potential issues and delays when required. /li liSupporting the preparation and collection of procurement documentation required for tender participation. /li liCoordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure the timely and damage-free delivery of materials to project sites. /li liWorking with logistics partners and warehouse teams on inventory control, goods booking, storage optimization and non-conformance management. /li liMaintaining accurate procurement records in line with internal procedures, EPC traceability requirements and audit standards. /li liCollaborating with Project Management, Construction, Engineering,



Quality and Finance to support aligned project delivery and provide visibility on procurement progress and supply chain risks. /li /ul pWhat you bring to the role: /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline. /li li2–4 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain or a related role within industrial, construction, infrastructure or energy environments. /li liGood understanding of procurement processes, logistics activities, INCOTERMS and vendor management principles. /li liExperience preparing purchase orders, managing supplier documentation and monitoring delivery schedules. /li liStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines. /li liGood analytical capabilities and attention to detail. /li liEffective communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liProficiency in ERP systems, with SAP knowledge considered an advantage. /li liFluency in both bItalian and English /b. /li /ul pNice to have: /p ul liPrevious experience supporting renewable energy or EPC projects. /li liFamiliarity with Solar PV components, electrical equipment or materials used in energy and infrastructure projects. /li liKnowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory processes. /li liExperience with international shipments, customs procedures or bonded warehouses. /li liPrevious exposure to project-driven or multi-stakeholder environments. /li /ul pbCompensation Contractual Framework /b /p pThe starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is €35,100, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria. /p pApplicable CCNL: Metalmeccanico /p pCNA Level / Inquadramento: B1/B2 /p pThe final compensation may reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework. /p pAdditional benefits include: /p ul liGroup Health Insurance Plan /li liMeal Allowance /li /ul pFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news /p pWe respect your personal data.
