/p pThis is not a standard local quality role. It is a structured for a globally Quality professional who is ready for a demanding experience involving plant immersion, frequenttravelandcustomer exposure. /p pDuring the assignment, you will combine hands‑on plant work, quality system experience, product/process learning, customer‑facing activities, and global projects. Over time, you will move from technical learning to practical ownership, building the confidence and capability needed for a broader international Quality role within ITT. /p h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liLearn MotionTechnologiesproduct families, manufacturing flows, process constraints, critical characteristics, customerrequirementsand plant quality routines. /li liSupport operational quality activities linked to production, validation of new products/processes/equipment, containment actions,problem‑solvingand shop‑floor quality discipline. /li liSupport compliance with ITT Quality Management System requirements and applicable standards‑especially IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. /li liContribute to quality documentation and governance: procedures, control plans, audit readiness, correctiveactionsand standard work. /li liAnalyze customer requirements, critical characteristics, manufacturingflowsand quality risks; define or improve controls and escalation routines. /li liMonitor and report quality performance indicators, trends, non‑conformities, customer issues, and improvement actions; translate data into practical recommendations for plant and functional leaders. /li liSupport internal and external audits (preparation, execution support, evidence collection, follow‑up actions, and lessons learned). /li liSpend 60–70% of the assignment in plants or plant‑related activities, includingtravel (possible up to 50% of the time) /li liLead or support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using structured methods (e.g., 8D,5Why,shikawa/Fishbone) and lessons‑learned reviews. /li liPartner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Program Management and Operations on: /li /ul ul liquality improvement initiatives /li livalidation of products/processes/equipment /li litraceability projects /li lilaunch readiness and process stabilization /li liSupport customer visits, customer communications,
