pIn this role you lead the development, implementation, and management of external service providers within a country to ensure service quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. You will act as the primary liaison between UPS and vendors, guiding procurement, contract administration, and future business opportunities. You’ll supervise the OSPSG team, optimize costs, and ensure compliance across agreements and invoices. The position offers impact through shaping outsourced operations and driving cost-saving initiatives at scale.
