ATA is hiring for the June 2027 TechSTART cohort, a 1-year rotation-based program. As a TechSTART Associate, you will experience diverse hands‑on projects and real‑time training in areas such as Software Development, Production Support, IT Transformation, and DevOps. /p pThis position is for a technical (computer science-related positions) Track. During your TechSTART year, you will gain exposure to the IT function, key business partners, and company leaders through three collaborative, project‑based rotations. TechSTART is a full‑time position with salary, benefits and potential for permanent placement upon program completion. /p pThe program start date is bJune 2027 /b /p h3Technical Track Areas: /h3 ul liApplication Development /li liDatabase Development /li liIT Security /li liIT Quality Assurance /li liCloud/DevOps /li /ul h3What you do: /h3 ul liGain exposure to products, skills, and technologies like AIused across a global IT enterprise /li liExplore projects and initiatives across multiple IT Departments /li liWork with project teams and business stakeholders to identify requirements /li liAssists with the development of solutions to technology needs /li liConduct needs assessments,



feasibility studies and analysis /li liCreate process documentation /li liDesign and develop applications and solutions to support business requirements /li liCreate test requirements and execute test cases /liliEnsure timely communication with key stakeholders of milestones and risks /li liEngage in Allianz community, resource groups, and networking events with leadership. /li /ul h3What you bring: /h3 ul li0 - 1 years’ experience recommended; Relevant technical and business work experience.
