ppWe are seeking a Materials Engineer with expertise in materials characterization and product development . The successful candidate will support the characterization, development, and optimization of cable and accessories technologies. /ph3In this role, you will: /h3ulliPerform advanced polymer morphological characterization to identify dispersion and distribution of polymeric and inorganic phases. /liliCorrelate polymer structure with chemical‑physical, rheological, and electrical properties of compounds. /liliConduct comparative analyses to support material development, troubleshooting, and product optimization. /liliAnalyze, interpret, and model complex multi‑technique datasets. /liliGenerate clear technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for RD and engineering teams. /liliActively support development of optimized material formulations and manufacturing processes for cable products. /li /ulh3You are the right fit if you have/are: /h3ulliBachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Science or Materials Science /liliProven experience in polymer materials characterization and microscopy, between 3/5 years of experience overall /liliExperience with extrusion or injection molding processes is a nice to have /liliSolid understanding of polymer physics, chemistry, and structure-property relationships /liliStrong communication interpersonal skills /liliDecision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills /liliStrong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pType of contract: Permanent /ppLocation: Milan, Hybrid /ppApplicable Collective Agreement : CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini. /ppJob Level/Category: ( Impiegato) in line with the applicable collective agreement. /ppGross annual salary no less than: € 38.000,00 /ppThe position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives. /ppBenefit:
