The successful candidate has gained some experience and is eager to learn more about how to manage server infrastructures and cybersecurity. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liDesign, install, configure, and maintain datacenter infrastructure for industrial and enterprise applications. /li liMonitor and maintain data center environments and operations, including server hardware, software, and associated infrastructure. /li liEnsure the quality of data backups and perform regular tests to ensure data consistency. /li liResponsible for server patching and OS updates. Manage IT and OT datacenter incidents. /li liWork with vendors and external support teams to resolve technical issues. /li liProcess regular vulnerability scans and prepare a mitigation plan for server and network infrastructure. /li liPerform risk assessments for software and OT server infrastructure. /li liCollaborate with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure datacenter availability, reliability, and compliance. /li liSupport the integration of OT systems and devices with IT server infrastructure and applications. /li liProvide technical guidance and training to end-users and junior staff on cybersecurity and related topics.



/li liSupport IT/OT audits and participate in internal and external audits. /li liManage MDM compliance and related device configurations. /li liRespond to security breaches and support post-event analyses. /li liAdhere to company policies and procedures regarding change management and compliance regulations. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in datacenter administration or support roles, preferably in industrial settings. /li liStrong knowledge of server architecture and understanding of virtualization technologies and Windows operating systems. /li liWorking knowledge of VMware and Windows Server operating systems. /li liWorking knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations, production, and computer data collection systems. /li liAbility to troubleshoot complex data center issues and provide effective solutions. /li liInterest in all aspects of cybersecurity research and development. /li liAbility to work independently and without the need for supervision, as well as collaboratively within the team and across various IT groups and business units. /li liGood communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. /li /ul h3Why join Mondi? /h3 pAt Mondi, you'll be part of a global team shaping the future of sustainable packaging and paper.
