Learn more about our benefits. /ppWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated bSite Technical Facility Lead /b to oversee the technical, operational, and strategic management of our new European Technology Science Campus (ETSC) in Treviso. /ppIn this role, you will act as the on-site Facilities Real Estate leader, serving as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) provider. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations within a complex high-tech environment that includes cleanrooms and critical technical infrastructure. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Site Leadership Governance /h3ulliAct as the Facilities Real Estate lead for the Treviso site. /liliCoordinate facility-related activities, priorities, and operational strategies. /liliServe as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the IFM provider. /liliDrive a governance model based on strong internal oversight and outsourced service execution. /liliSupport site strategy development, CAPEX planning,



and long-term facility roadmaps. /li /ulh3Technical Facilities Cleanroom Management /h3ulliEnsure reliability, performance, and availability of critical building systems, including MEP, HVAC, process utilities, and cleanroom infrastructure. /liliOversee maintenance strategies and lifecycle management of technical assets. /liliMaintain cleanroom operational standards, performance metrics, and compliance requirements. /liliPartner with Engineering, Operations, and EHS teams to maximize uptime and mitigate operational risks. /li /ulh3IFM Governance Service Delivery /h3ulliLead the management and governance of the IFM provider. /liliMonitor KPIs and SLAs and conduct regular performance reviews. /liliManage escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives across facility services. /liliOptimize service delivery by balancing cost, quality, operational performance, and flexibility. /li /ulh3Construction Capital Projects /h3ulliOversee site development activities, building expansions, and infrastructure projects. /liliAct as the key interface with general contractors, consultants, and external partners. /liliEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with operational and quality requirements. /li /ulh3Operations Business Support /h3ulliEnsure effective delivery of both hard and soft facility management services. /liliSupport the implementation and optimization of CMMS and CAFM systems. /liliEnsure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements. /liliAlign facility services with evolving business and operational needs. /li /ulh3Stakeholder Team Management /h3ulliServe as a trusted partner to site leadership and global stakeholders. /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Workplace, and Projects. /liliSupport the development of internal technical capabilities and expertise. /liliFoster a collaborative, high-performance working environment.



/li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. /liliSignificant experience in Facilities Management within complex, high-tech environments. /liliExperience within semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar technical industries is highly preferred. /liliPrevious exposure to cleanroom operations and critical technical infrastructure. /liliProven experience managing construction, development, and capital projects. /liliDemonstrated success managing IFM providers and external service partners. /liliStrong technical knowledge of building systems, utilities, and facility operations. /li /ulh3Skills Competencies /h3ulliStrong leadership and ownership mindset. /liliAbility to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels. /liliExcellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliAbility to perform in complex, fast-changing environments. /liliFluent English. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience supporting site start-up or greenfield projects. /liliExposure to cleanroom commissioning activities. /liliKnowledge of European safety, construction, and regulatory frameworks. /li /ulpbAdditional Information /b /ppbTime Type: /b Full time /ppbEmployee Type: /b Assignee / Regular /ppbTravel: /b Yes, 20% of the Time /ppbRelocation Eligible: /b No /ppThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
