The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Executes contract administration processes utilizing contract management systems and analyzes research to develop a strong understanding of contract management systems and software. /p pJob Description /p ul liReviews data in the contract management system to drive efficient and effective customer and contract management. /li liAdministers and leads contract management processes and identifies process improvements and optimizations. /li liImplements basic pre-sale and post-signature contract support processes including fulfilling due diligence requests, processing modifications, close-out tasks, communicating with contracted parties, and answering inquiries. /li liCommunicates with business unit , project team , and relevant cross-functional personnel to ensure the compliance and fulfillment of contracted terms. /li liDrives research and analytics to support the offer development process leveraging product knowledge, business acumen, trends, and insights. /li liCoaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. /li liUnderstands and applies Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. /li /ul pJohnson Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
