Cerchiamo italiani residenti in Italia interessati a entrare nella startup come co-founder, con un ruolo focalizzato su vendite e sviluppo commerciale.
La persona contribuirà a presentare e vendere i nostri prodotti sul mercato italiano, sviluppare relazioni con potenziali clienti, individuare nuove opportunità commerciali e contribuire alla costruzione della rete vendita.
Non è indispensabile avere esperienza precedente in startup o in ambito internazionale: ciò che conta è la capacità di comunicare con potenziali clienti, sviluppare relazioni commerciali e contribuire concretamente alla crescita di una realtà nella sua fase iniziale.
Cosa cerchiamo:
? Italiano/a residente in Italia
? Interesse e/o esperienza in vendite, sviluppo commerciale, attività commerciali o relazione con i clienti
? Conoscenza dell'inglese a livello conversazionale, sufficiente per comunicare con il team fondatore con sede in Norvegia
? Disponibilità a lavorare in un atmosfera startup, pratico e dinamico
? Motivazione a costruire qualcosa partendo dalle prime fasi
Cosa offriamo:

We're building an Italian-Norwegian startup based in Norway, developing and commercializing innovative products with international growth potential.
We're looking for Italian residents based in Italy who are interested in joining the startup as co-founders, focusing on sales and business development. Your role would be to help introduce and sell our products in the Italian market, develop customer relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and contribute to building our sales network.
You don't need previous startup or international experience — what matters is your ability to communicate with potential customers, develop commercial relationships, and actively contribute to the growth of an early-stage company.
What we're looking for:
? Italian resident based in Italy
? Interest and/or experience in sales, business development, commercial activities or customer relations
? Conversational English — sufficient to communicate with the Norwegian-based founding team
? Comfortable in an early-stage, hands-on startup environment
? Motivation to build something from the ground up
What we offer:
? A co-founder role with equity in an Italian-Norwegian startup based in Norway
? The opportunity to participate directly in the commercial development of the company
? International experience working between Italy and Norway
? No salary or fixed payment during at least the first year — the initial contribution is based on equity and participation in the startup
