They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during product development phases and report to the Test Cell Team Leader. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine, in collaboration with stakeholders, the setup requirements, test plan, and expected results for internal combustion engine testing. /li liPlan and conduct testing activities, coordinating test cell operators during engine setup (according to specifications) and test execution. /li liMonitor the component under test and the behavior of test cell support systems—regarding performance and reliability parameters—using telemetry software. /li liReport anomalies concerning the component or test cell systems in collaboration with stakeholders,



proposing a preliminary analysis and any necessary modifications to the test unit or measurement instrumentation. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes. /li liEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures during testing activities. /li liDraft a report on the tests performed after verifying data consistency and comparing results against expectations. /li /ul h3Technical Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. /li liAt least two years of experience managing and conducting testing activities in an engine test cell. /li liKnowledge of internal combustion engine components, as well as performance and reliability parameters. /li liKnowledge of measurement systems used for the thermo-fluid dynamic and mechanical characterization of internal combustion engines. /li liFamiliarity with AVL PUMA automation systems, AVL Concerto data analysis software is a plus. /li liExcellent written and spoken Italian (C1 level). /li liGood written and spoken English (B2/C1 level). /li /ul pSoft Skills: /p ul liAbility to analyze complex technical issues. /li liStructured approach to problem-solving and data analysis. /li liCuriosity and a proactive attitude toward resolving anomalies and/or optimizing test cell setups. /li liCommitment to innovation and continuous improvement. /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and tasks. /li liCollaboration with multidisciplinary teams. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
