You’re in the right place! /p pThanks to your contribution, you will become the point of reference for the Finance Team as an Accounting Specialist. /p h3What we offer /h3 ul liFlexibility and Lavoro da remoto: We offer the possibility to work remotely when activities allow it. /li liPermanent contract and gross annual salary 38k–42k. /li liFirst level of the CCNL contract, 14 monthly salary payments. /li liYoung, informal environment, attentive to a balanced work-life; /li liConcrete opportunities for all-round professional growth in a highly meritocratic and international context. /li /ul h3Your new Role /h3 pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liSupport all accounting activities for our Italian operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting according to both local and group standards. /li liSupport the review and analysis of financial information, assisting in making necessary corrections and adjustments. /li liSupport and assist monthly and annual financial closings. /li liAssist the intercompany transactions, ensuring reconciliation between entities. /li liContribute to process improvements by strengthening and documenting existing financial procedures, automating repetitive tasks to focus on high-value activities.



/li liSupport internal audits and annual tax filings, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Your Skills /h3 pbYour Profile: /b /p ul liPost-secondary education in Finance/Accounting (e.g., MSc in Finance, CCA, or equivalent). /li liProven experience as a Accountant, ideally within an international organization or previous experience in audit (Big Four) for at least 2-3 years. /li liFluency in English is essential, both written and spoken. /li liStrong knowledge of reporting tools, including Excel (Google Sheets is a plus). Experience with accounting software (Oracle or similar) and proficiency in year-end closing, VAT, and tax reporting. /li liDetail-oriented, methodical, and analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently and taking on large-scale responsibilities. /li /ul pPlace of work: Milano, Via Perin del Vaga 2, 20156.
