Your work will focus on building solutions that are reliable, efficient and difficult to bypass, while remaining transparent to the end user. /ppYou will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Research and customers to translate requirements into high-quality endpoint solutions. /ppWe are looking for someone who is technically curious and interested in understanding how browsers and operating systems work under the hood, with a strong focus on efficient and well-reasoned solutions. /ppbr/ppbKey Requirements /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent; /lili3+ years of professional software development experience; /liliStrong programming proficiency in bTypeScript/JavaScript /b and at least one other general-purpose language, such as bPython, Go, C#, C++, or Rust /b; /liliSolid knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms and concurrency; /liliGood understanding of networking fundamentals, including HTTP, TLS and DNS; /liliGood understanding of modern bbrowser architecture, including page lifecycle,
extension architecture and security models /b; /liliStrong knowledge of software engineering practices, including Agile methodologies, version control, CI/CD, automated testing and documentation; /liliSecurity- and privacy-minded, with knowledge of secure coding principles and guidelines such as OWASP; /liliAbility to explain and defend technical decisions clearly; /liliDaily use of AI coding agents to accelerate development, debugging and code review; /liliNative or near-native proficiency in Italian, both spoken and written. /li /ulpbr/ppNice to Have /pulliMaster's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent; /liliExperience developing browser extensions, particularly using WebExtensions API and Manifest V3; /liliExperience developing, shipping and maintaining native or cross-platform desktop applications on Windows and/or macOS; /liliExperience with C#/.NET, Electron or similar technologies; /liliKnowledge of operating system internals and platform security models; /liliExperience with enterprise application deployment technologies such as GPO, SCCM or Intune; /liliExperience with application code signing and distribution; /liliExperience with performance analysis and optimization, including memory usage, CPU utilization and battery consumption; /liliKnowledge of web security threats and detection or evasion techniques; /liliExperience working on cybersecurity, SaaS or enterprise products. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /pp?
