ppArtemest is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. This role provides deep exposure to the operational core of a dynamic e-commerce business, with a strong focus on maintaining clean data, streamlining processes, and supporting operational excellence through systems such as SAP. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset and a strong desire to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliable, efficient operations. /p h3What will be your key responsibilities? /h3 h3Operational Excellence /h3 ul liMaintain and update critical data and documentation in SAP, ensuring clean and consistent order records across systems. /li liManage data entry activities related to orders with a high level of precision and consistency. /li liAssist in the continuous improvement of internal processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting workflow enhancements. /li liCoordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure that order handoffs and dispatches are executed seamlessly.



/li liCoordinate with the Administration, Finance Control (AFC) team to ensure alignment on invoicing, payments, and financial reconciliation of orders. /li liSupport the full lifecycle of orders from confirmation to fulfillment, ensuring operational accuracy and system integrity at every step. /li liCollaborate with our network of Italian artisans to monitor production timelines, update order statuses, and ensure timely progression of tasks. /li liContribute to the development of dashboards or operational reports, providing insights to support decision-making across departments. /li /ul h3Offer details: /h3 ul liDuration: 6 months /li liWorking hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm) /li liMonthly compensation: 600€ /li liTicket restaurant provided according to the company policy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
