actions and follow-ups /liliCoordinate customer and internal workstreams, making dependencies visible and addressing blockers with the right teams /liliWork closely with Business Analysts, Product and delivery teams to keep customer needs and implementation priorities aligned /liliCoordinate rollout readiness, including testing, training, user preparation and go-live activities /liliTrack progress and early adoption signals to identify risks, gaps and areas requiring attention /liliLead the transition to the Account team once adoption is stable, ensuring status, open points, risks and next steps are clearly carried forward /liliSurface practical AI-enabled opportunities to streamline customer workflows and reduce manual work /liliCapture feedback and lessons learned to improve Professional Services tools, templates and ways of working /li /ulh3The skills you bring /h3ulliFluency in English and Italian /lili1-2 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, business analysis, SaaS implementation, customer delivery or another customer-facing environment, including relevant internships or other early-career experience /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience /liliConfident written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders /liliStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills /liliExcellent organization,
