In this role, you will help ensure the financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency of our business in Italy, working closely with local and international stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys ownership, thrives in an international environment, and wants to contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of a fast-paced organization. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOverseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the full accounting cycle, including invoice posting, payments processing, and reconciliations /liliPosting Italian passive invoices and reviewing the registration of foreign passive invoices /liliSupporting month-end and year-end closing activities,
ensuring accuracy and timeliness /liliTax compliance duties, including VAT returns, tax filings, and liaising with external consultants and tax advisors /liliManaging treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, bank account management, and payments execution /liliSupporting budgeting and forecasting processes by providing reliable financial data and insights /liliSupporting group-wide projects and initiatives (e.g. ERP system, new tools) /liliCollaborating across functions and countries within the group on finance-related matters /li /ulh3Skills Qualifications /h3ulliPrior experience working with Italian companies /liliStrong technical Excel skills /liliProficient in English /lili2+ years of experience in similar roles /liliNice to have:Experience with Oracle NetSuiteProficiency in AI tools applied to finance and accounting workflowsProficient in Italian /liliProficient in Italian /li /ulh3Come as you are /h3pEveryone is welcome here.
