VIA program is looking for an initiative-taking and dependable Student Assistant to support and contribute to the data migration of research contracts to OCMS. /p h3Job description /h3 h3Phase 1: Research Project Assessment and Inventory /h3 ul liAnalyze datasets from multiple sources. /li liConsolidate data from different systems into one accurate and current overview. /li /ul h3Phase 2: Contract Data Preparation /h3 ul liIdentify contracts linked to research. /li liAssess and determine which contracts are in scope for migration. /li liCapture, validate, and enrich contract metadata. /li liPrepare contract records and documentation for migration to OCMS. /li /ul h3Phase 3: OCMS Migration /h3 ul liMigrate research project metadata to OCMS. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liYou are enrolled as a student at Tilburg University and have obtained at least 60 ECTS in a university bachelor's program or are following a master's program. /li liMinimum CEFR level C1 English and Dutch proficiency. /li liStrong analytical skills /li liHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail /li liStructured and well-organized working style /li liInitiative-taking, independent-working and purposeful mindset /li liAffinity with data, document, and contract management is a plus.



/li liConfident using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and other M365 office tools. /li liDependable and consistent in meeting deadlines and commitments. /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 ul liEmployment of on-call contract for the duration of 6 months. /li liSalary between € 3230 and € 3288 gross per month for full-time employment (UFO profile Student Assistant, salary scale SA). Salary depends on how many ECTS the student has obtained. /li liThis is a vacancy for a Student Assistant who provides support for non-structural and operational tasks in accordance. Application to this vacancy is only possible if you are registered as a student at Tilburg University and have at least 60 ECTS.
