ppIn this role you lead complex space mission projects to meet technical, schedule, and budget goals from conception to delivery. You work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and projects stay on track. You manage PMO activities, coordinate procurement, and oversee risk and financial health. You will operate within ESA/ASI standards, driving successful mission outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. /pulliLead and manage complex space mission programs from concept to completion to achieve schedule, cost, and technical objectives /liliServe as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and capturing customer requirements /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, finance) for smooth project execution /liliDirect PMO activities, including Procurement Managers, to ensure timely, within-budget deliverables /liliOrganize and lead project meetings, technical reviews, and workshops with clear outcomes and documentation /liliOversee project finances: cost estimation, budget tracking, risk management, and performance reporting /liliIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting schedule, budget, and performance /liliEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ESA,



ASI) throughout the lifecycle /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related field /liliMinimum 5 years of program management experience in space missions or aerospace projects, preferably with ESA/ASI /liliGround segment management experience is a plus (C2, telemetry, comms) /liliProven leadership in building and guiding cross-disciplinary teams /liliDeep understanding of space mission standards and industry practices /liliStrong financial acumen with cost estimation and budget management /liliExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken /liliNegotiation skills with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders /liliFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologies (MS Project, ECSS, PMP) /liliFluency in English /liliPMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification a plus /lilileadership and people management /lilistrong communication and presentation skills /lilinegotiation and stakeholder management /liliMS Project /liliECSS /liliPMP /li /ulpSpace Mission Project Manager Ref.
