Taiyo Holding Group is currently looking for a Designer / Mechanical Drafter to support an upcoming technical assignment within the Client's engineering office.
The selected resource will be involved in the preparation and development of assembly studies and technical drawings, working primarily in a 2D AutoCAD environment and using Navisworks for visualization and review of the Client's model.
Main Activities
- Preparation of assembly and installation studies
- Development, modification and updating of AutoCAD 2D drawings
- Review and visualization of 3D models using Navisworks
- Preparation of technical details supporting assembly and installation activities
- Review of drawings, layouts and project documentation
- Coordination with the Technical Office and project team
- Identification of inconsistencies or interferences between drawings, models and installation requirements
- Implementation of technical comments and revisions
- Support in the management and updating of project technical documentation
Required Profile
- Technical background as Mechanical Designer, Mechanical Drafter,
CAD Designer or equivalent
- Previous experience in Technical Offices and/or industrial projects
- Proven experience with assembly and installation drawings
- Good practical knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
- Good understanding of mechanical assembly and installation principles
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary project team
Assignment Details
- Work location: Cologno Al Affidabile (Bergamo) - Italy
- Duration: approximately 6 - 9 months
- Starting date: immediate availability strongly preferred
- Candidates must in any case be available to start no later than second week of October 2026.
