The resource will support the team in the financial controlling of the Group IT projects and related software factories.
Key responsibilities of the role will include: Managing the budget of an important Group finance transformation projectOverseeing all the stages of project procurement-to-pay process, including assessment of initial business requirements, budget checks, formalization of contracts and supplier orders,
delivery confirmation and invoice paymentOverseeing and ensure accurate Project Management and accounting for project-based revenue and percentage-of-completion accounting where applicableLeading the annual budgeting, forecasting and periodic reporting activities for Group IT projectsProviding methodological oversight to project teams in terms of accounting principle and compliance regulationsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering8-10 years of professional experiences in Finance, xkiyazw with specific experience in IT project management and project financial planningProficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)Fluency in Italian and EnglishSoft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem solving, work organization, time management skillsAbility to work in a team and good communication skillsEnsure ability to deliver according to the assigned deadlines
