As part of Deel's Customer Operations, you protect revenue by monitoring account health at scale and surfacing product patterns. You'll act as the operational engine that keeps clients engaged, growing, and trusting Deel. You will collaborate with Expansion Account Executives, identify adoption gaps, and surface scalable improvements using data and AI.
You'll impact product and process improvements across a high-volume portfolio in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role offers the chance to shape how we support global customers at scale.

Monitor portfolio data to detect early issues and take preventive actions to protect revenue
Provide health summaries to Expansion Account Executives and surface context for client conversations
Identify cross-account patterns indicating product issues and translate feedback for Engineering/Product
Assess value realization and adoption gaps,
driving proactive growth opportunities and revenue activation
Maintain operational standards across accounts, ensuring timely responses and accurate records
Build and leverage systems to ensure consistency and prevent gaps
Utilize data and AI tools to boost efficiency and test new solutions at scale
Minimum 5+ years in customer operations, account management, or B2B SaaS at SMB/Mid-Market scale
Experience managing high-volume portfolios where breadth and process are critical
Background in fast-growth SaaS, HR tech/payroll, or high-volume account xysqume management
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Snowflake, Looker, or equivalent tools
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and drive measurable results
Reliable, proactive operator who resolves cross-functional problems without direct authority
Clear communicator focused on revenue impact in fast-paced environments strong communication problem-solving
