In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, deliver best-practice configurations, support implementations, and provide ongoing guidance to help clients maximise the value of their Workday investment. /ph3Job Description Responsibilities will include: /h3ulliConfigure and implement Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions aligned to client requirements and best practices. /liliFacilitate client workshops to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend effective Workday solutions. /liliProvide expert functional guidance throughout solution design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-production support. /liliAdvise clients on Workday functionality, enhancements, and industry best practices related to Absence and Time Tracking. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with other Workday modules and HR systems. /liliConduct system testing,



troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure stable and optimised solutions. /liliDevelop and deliver user training sessions and supporting documentation. /liliManage multiple client engagements while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and project managers. /liliSupport project planning, status reporting, and issue resolution activities. /li /ulh3Must Have Skills Required /h3ulliMinimum of 3 years' hands-on Workday consulting experience focused on Absence Management and Time Tracking. /liliProven experience configuring and implementing Workday Absence and Time Tracking functionality. /liliStrong understanding of HR business processes, particularly absence management, leave administration, scheduling, and time tracking. /liliExperience leading client workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into system configurations. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. /liliExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills. /liliExperience supporting testing, defect resolution, and production deployments. /liliWorkday Absence and/or Time Tracking Certification.
