ppAs Program Manager for Shipper Support, you will drive process improvement and operational excellence across the Shipper Support organization. You will translate frontline pain points into scalable programs by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations, acting as a bridge between operations and the business. Your work enables a more efficient, reliable support model for shippers globally while supporting Amazon’s growth and customer obsession.
