and you have significant experience in architecture and engineering systems You are a leader willing to engage and develop your team through the use of collaborative work and challenging approaches You are responsible and show a great sense of initiative You are convincing and persuasive You like to be involved with the customer You have good communication and relationship skillsCOMPETENCIES: You are aware of the description of the operational concept You have a deep knowledge of the field and its technical strategy You are familiar with operational analysis You are able to work in co-engineering (Lean Thinking, Obeya...) You understand the different actors involved in the project and are able to contextualise and change the perspective (political, economic, social, technical, environmental, legal...)
