ph3Overview /h3pIn this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Group learning experience and the We Learn platform used by 88k employees across 40+ countries. You will drive continuous evolution, scalability, and AI-enabled improvements to the digital learning experience. You will partner with the Group Academy and HR teams to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives and ensure robust platform operations. You will lead a global learning ecosystem, coordinating multiple stakeholders and local managers to implement effective digital learning across the organization. the global learning platform /liliDrive continuous evolution and scalability of the digital learning experience /liliEmbed AI-enabled solutions to improve learning and harmonize stakeholder requests /liliEnsure stable platform operations and support upskilling/reskilling initiatives /liliAct as business partner to Group Academy and manage strategic learning projects /liliLead and coordinate a global learning ecosystem across 40+ countries and multiple units /liliCoordinate internal and external stakeholders (product owner, local managers, vendors, SI, partners) /liliMaintain alignment with Group learning experience guidelines /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulli6-8 years in similar roles within structured/international settings /liliProven design/implementation experience of digital learning platforms in multinational orgs /liliExperience in international environments and multi-project delivery /liliExperience adopting AI and cloud-based HR platforms to enhance learner experience /liliPassion for digital transformation and HR process alignment /liliEnglish and Italian full proficiency; French/German/Spanish a plus /liliExcellent knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) /li /ululliBusiness acumen and ability to translate strategy into learning requirements /liliStructured, proactive, solution-oriented mindset /liliChange management, strong presentation and communication skills /liliAI-enabled learning solutions /liliDigital learning platforms and LMS /liliCloud-based HR platforms /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
