We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales to lead commercial efforts in Italy . This role combines hands-on business development with strategic leadership, driving both revenue and market penetration. Define and execute the country-specific sales strategy Conduct market analysis, opportunity scouting,



and customer segmentation Drive acquisition of new clients and retention of key accounts Collaborate with the Managing Director and peers across countries Support international tender processes with market-specific insights Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing Promote HLPY's brand and presence in the local market 6+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in automotive, insurance B2B, mobility, leasing, tech services Experience in managing teams and leading commercial negotiations Strong market knowledge and professional network in Italy Fluency in Italian and English Because we believe the best ideas can come from anyone.
