Job Summary Drive channel development and sales growth for the Heavy Forklift product line in the Italian market — primarily responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing dealer/distributor partners to build a strong sales channel network and achieve revenue/market-share targets.
Key Responsibilities # Lead channel development across Italy: identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers/distributors # Build and maintain long-term dealer relationships aligned with SANY’s sales strategy and brand standards # Formulate and execute market development strategies, sales plans, and territory targets # Drive dealer performance via business reviews, target setting, and incentive programs # Feed local market intelligence into product positioning, pricing, and competitive strategy # Equip dealers with product knowledge, sales tools,
and marketing materials # Represent SANY at trade shows/exhibitions # Liaise with HQ sales, marketing, and product teams on market feedback and new launches # Deliver sales forecasts, pipeline, and channel performance reports Requirements # Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related field # Proven channel/dealer development experience in construction machinery, material handling, or heavy equipment # Track record building dealer networks and managing channel sales # Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills # Fluent English and Italian # Willing to travel extensively across Italy
