You will work in a strictly real-time environment consisting of motor controls and communication between sensors, actuators, and electronic control units (ECUs). /p h3The Projects /h3 pYou will be at the heart of two cutting-edge technological frontiers: /p ul liSmart Bike Revolution: We are developing an entire e-bike system equipped with an e-bike ABS for safe braking, automatic electro-actuated gear shifting, a multifunction Bluetooth display, and an interconnected BMS. /li liRobotics AGV: You will help develop an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) robotic platform-a driverless mobile robot used for material transport in industrial environments like factories and hospitals. /li /ul h3Key Activities /h3 ul liFirmware Development: Design and implement efficient C firmware for microcontrollers, specifically the ARM Cortex-M family. /li liReal-time Control: Implement motor control loops and sensor acquisition (torque, cadence, encoder, IMU) using Bare-Metal approaches. /li liSoftware Lifecycle: Develop modules from the driver layer to the application layer, ensuring they adhere to standards and customer requirements. /li liCommunication: Work with CAN, Bluetooth, and ETHERCAT protocols. /li liSpecifications Testing: Handle requirements analysis, specification writing, and test case creation. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liExperience:
3-5 years in firmware development for complex embedded systems. /li liTechnical Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of ANSI-C, MCU architectures, and IDE toolchains. /li liAutomotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive network architectures (CANbus), vehicle functions, and high-level control logic. /li liStandards: Knowledge of standard coding rules, such as MISRA. /li liSoft Skills: A strong problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently. /li liDesired Pluses: Knowledge of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), RTOS, and Bootloaders. /li /ul h3The Toolkit /h3 pYou will have access to professional tools, including: /p ul liCompiler, Linker, Debugger, and Trace tools for embedded systems. /li liHardware tools like Oscilloscopes and Testers. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pThis role is based in our center of excellence in Mondovì (CN). /p h3Compensation Classification /h3 ul liClassification Target: Expected job level B2, corresponding to a statutory base minimum of € 33058,74 gross per year. /li liTotal Rewards Package: Final financial offers will exceed collective bargaining minimums to reflect individual expertise and prior achievement.
