This role ensures a cost-effective, timely, and high-quality supply to our production sites while driving supplier excellence, sourcing strategies, and continuous cost optimization initiatives. /p /brh3Job Description /h3 /brul /brliResponsibility for strategic and operational procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of production sites. /li /brliImplementation of the regional procurement strategy and continuous improvement of local purchasing processes and supplier structures. /li /brliConducting price, contract, and commercial negotiations, as well as concluding supplier agreements. /li /brliAnalysis of procurement markets and identification, qualification, and development of new suppliers to ensure a competitive supplier base. /li /brliEstablishment and maintenance of sustainable supplier relationships, including supplier performance management and claims management. /li /brliClose collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and regional Procurement teams. /li /brliLeadership, coaching, and development of the local procurement team. /li /br /ul /brh3Required Skills and Education /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree in Business Administration,
