This role focuses on maintaining a well-managed property, prioritizing resident satisfaction, environmental health and safety, and high-quality service delivery in alignment with CRM and ownership objectives. /p ulliOversee the day-to-day operations of properties and staff, including management of annual operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.



/liliEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and funding programs (e.g., HUD, LIHTC, RD), including maintaining accurate resident files and preparing for inspections and audits. /liliCoordinate and participate in property tours and audits with agencies, investors, and auditors. /liliMonitor property office performance to ensure timely completion of required tasks such as recertifications, vouchers, and EIV processing. /liliTrain, supervise, and motivate on-site staff, while managing performance and personnel development. /liliOversee public relations, resident engagement, contract administration, and operational reporting, including statistical analysis. /li /ul h3Senior Community Manager - Qualifications /h3 ulliAssociate's degree preferred. /lili3-5 years of experience in affordable property management required. /liliMinimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. /liliCertified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation required. /liliARM, C3P, Tax Credit, and LIHTC certifications preferred. /liliSTAR certification, if applicable. /liliExperience with Tax Credit and Section 8 programs. /liliStrong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and management skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills required. /li /ul pCRM Rental Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
