pIn this role you will be the dedicated contact for the Italian market, following up on overdue payments and negotiating repayment terms. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Care to keep accounts on track and resolve billing queries. You’ll manage cases in Salesforce, handle cancellations, and support complex collections with external agencies.
