pIn this role you will safeguard the reliability, safety, and longevity of Nadara’s electrical infrastructure across wind, PV, and Balance of Plant assets in Italy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed reliability from inception through delivery, optimize lifecycle costs, and ensure compliance with Italian and EU codes. You’ll lead or support design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives that boost asset performance. This position offers impact in a renewable energy portfolio and a culture focused on innovation and safety. /pulliLead or support design and specification of new electrical systems and upgrades across the fleet /liliCollaborate with engineering and project teams during asset development and retrofits to embed reliability /liliEvaluate new technologies and components to enhance performance and reduce lifecycle costs /liliStandardize electrical designs and spare parts management across the fleet /liliEnsure compliance with Italian and EU regulations and Nadara standards /liliDevelop technical documentation including schematics and system specifications /liliManage electrical projects to time, budget, and quality targets /liliCoordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and testing /liliPerform site inspections, supervise installation and commissioning, and manage preventive/reactive maintenance /liliAnalyze test results, identify failures,
and implement corrective actions /liliUtilize advanced testing tools (e.g., insulation resistance, thermography, power quality) and document findings /liliMaintain up-to-date documentation and support audits/regulatory inspections /liliDevelop SOPs, work instructions, and reliability guidelines /liliPromote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the fleet /liliEngage with DSOs, Terna, and ARERA to manage regulator relationships /liliDrive data-informed improvements and support digital tools for predictive maintenance /liliMinimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field /liliProven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems /liliExperience managing electrical projects from concept to completion /liliProfessional Engineer (PE) license desirable /liliRelevant certifications in electrical engineering advantageous /liliFluent in Italian and proficient in English /liliTravel willingness to sites for inspections and maintenance /liliAnalytical thinking /liliProblem solving /liliElectrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP) /liliUnderstanding of electrical systems and components /liliKnowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulations (Italian/EU) /li /ulpElectrical Reliability Engineer • pavia, lombardia, it /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
