So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too. /p br/ pAlfa Laval is searching on Suisio BG (also open to valuate San Bonifacio (VR)) site, a bHR PARTNER /b /p br/ h3In this role you will: /h3 ul liManage the recruitment and onboarding process across Italy for blue-collar employees, contingent workers, consultants and temporary staff, ensuring quality and efficiency. /li liManage the relationship with temporary work agencies, from sourcing and contracting to service quality follow-up and cost control. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors on labor relations and basic legal aspects, in coordination with the local HR Business Partner and the shared service center. /li liManage HR administration and the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. /li liDeliver compliant, efficient and business-focused HR support daily. /li liDrive continuous improvement of HR processes, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, increase efficiency and optimize costs. /li liPrioritize and collaborate with HR teams across countries to share best practices, harmonize processes and leverage synergies to improve service delivery. /li liPartner with Talent Acquisition to implement Employer Branding initiatives aligned with business needs. /li liSupport managers in anticipating staffing needs, coordinating recruitment and contingent workforce planning accordingly.
/li /ul br/ pThe role is based in Suisio/San Bonifacio, with frequent travel to our other Italian locations. /p br/ h3What you know /h3 ul liA degree in Human Resources or a related field. /li li4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR administration role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. /li liGood working knowledge of Italian labor law and national collective agreements (CCNL, ideally Metalmeccanico). /li liHands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding, including blue-collar and contingent workforce populations. /li liPractical experience of working with temporary work agencies and managing contingent staffing needs. /li liA service-minded and approachable style, you are a reliable first point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters. /li liA structured, process-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in simplification and digitalization. /li liComfort working with HR systems and data (HRIS, ATS, Excel) /li liFluent Italian and good English, both written and spoken. /li liExtensive experience and proficiency with the Office suite /li liStrong integrity, discretion and people orientation. /li /ul br/ h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou’ll have to analyze data, organizing activities by priority and independently. /li liYou possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong cooperative and team-oriented attitude. /li liYou take a proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement. /li liYou are strongly oriented towards achieving goals and delivering high-quality results. /li /ul br/ pAt Alfa Laval, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your total compensation package.
